Design and Sew a Bag

Need a bag for a specific purpose? Come create a bag that fits your needs. Extra tall tote to hold long handled brushes and tools? Pretty drawstring pouch for a costume? Boxed bottom bag for carry projects? This class will offer design time, pattern creation, material options, cutting, and sewing. A second class to allow project completion is optional. This class is for all levels of experience and ages 12 years and up.

Mixxer supplies sewing machines, thread, zippers and buttons. If you have a special closures in mind, bring them along. Various fabrics will be available or bring your own fabric. Heavier fabric recommended for working bags. Personal sewing machines are welcome.
