Member Mentors are people that can:

• Commit the necessary time to receive training on various essential tools available on our campus.

• Reliably schedule some time to instruct and guide other members in the safe and proficient use of tools and the workspace.

• Consistently demonstrate both their own proficiency in using these tools and their ability to effectively teach these skills to others.
