James “Rob” Steele is originally a glass artist. Rob is also a fabricator and repair expert.
Rob started glasswork in Winston Salem in 2005.

Rob has pursued glass in several styles and forms. He is a generalist in fabrication, welder, machinist, 3d printing, electronics expert. Rob likes to go wherever else creativity takes him. he enjoys offering his expertise and skills to the Mixxer Community.

Rob sadly left us in 2023, but we continue to make things in his memory.
