Mixed Media Madness with Melanie
Unwind, experiment, and spark your creativity in this relaxed monthly mixed-media art session led by Melanie, Mixxer's Arts & Crafts Department Mentor. Each session explores a unique technique or material, giving you the freedom to play, create, and connect with fellow makers in a fun, low-pressure environment. Come to one of them, or all 3. No experience necessary—just bring your curiosity!
Free for Mixxer Members Only - Bring some papers to work on - get created, old books, packing paper, used wrapping paper, used envelopes - the sky is the limit!

June 28: Balloon Texture Art – Create unique surface patterns and dimensional effects using balloons and paint.
July 26: Rusty Bits – Transform found objects, rusty treasures, and unexpected materials into one-of-a-kind mixed-media creations.
August 23: Bottle Cap Art – Turn ordinary bottle caps into colorful, imaginative works of art.
