Come get guidance on how to create your own handmade Halloween costumes from scratch! Bring your clothing to upcycle, patterns, and other materials, along with your idea, and we'll help you create your costume. You'll get guidance from our instructor on how to construct your costume, along with instruction on using a sewing machine, hand sewing techniques, and how to use other small tools like glue guns!
Please make sure you bring any references and materials, and we'll provide the tools. You may also bring your own sewing machine if you have one you prefer to use.

Lead by: June Jones
MIXXER's own June Jones has been sharing her expertise and knowledge to members and offering a friendly hand in all their sewing projects. June has been sewing for as long as she can remember. Having had an established career as an electronics technician and running a business focused on sewing machine repairs, June can skillfully assess your machine and give you guidance in all its stitches and settings. Come by and learn stuff about your sewing machine!
