Intro to 3D Printing on Bambu Labs Printers!

Step into the world of 3D Printing with Bambu Lab Printers! This beginner-friendly class is perfect for youth who want to learn how to bring their digital designs to life. Led by Carrie Beach, a Career and Technical Education teacher and experienced Mixxer instructor, this hands-on session will introduce you to the basics of 3D printing, from setting up a print to troubleshooting common issues.

You’ll learn how to use the Bambu Studio slicer to prepare your models for printing, explore the different types of filament and their best uses, and discover where to find materials for your future projects. Whether you’re interested in prototyping, making custom designs, or just curious about how 3D printers work, this class will give you the skills to get started! For Makers age 11 to 18.
