Intermediate Resin Casting: Using UV and Casting Resin

Expand your skills in the art of resin casting! During this class, you'll learn how to use UV and Casting Resin together to create unique suspended features. You can choose to use small resin pieces or anything you bring that is half an inch or smaller to use in your bigger resin piece. This intermediate skill is perfect for adding unique pieces in your resin projects. Please have some experience with resin or take our Beginner Resin Casting class to take this class! Extra resin is available for an additional cost.

Murphy (Sharon Murphy Boski) came to the area to study electronic puppetry and has stayed around to explore her art form of Puppetry here at Mixxer. A professional puppeteer with a 30+ year career in Puppetry Arts, Murphy has found puppetry to be the reason to learn all sorts of (normally) unrelated things. She loves exploring new ways to use old materials and techniques as well as trying new techniques and materials with old ways of working. Her specialty is using 2-D and 3-D art in 4-D art forms.
