Get ready for a fun and relaxing night exploring the art of water marbling! In this workshop, you'll use vibrant floating inks to create mesmerizing patterns, then transfer your unique design onto a stylish mini purse. No two creations are alike, making this the perfect way to craft a one-of-a-kind accessory. No experience needed—just come ready to play with color! This hands-on class can get a little messy and you’ll leave with a beautifully marbled purse to show off your creativity.

Please note: Please wear clothes you do not mind getting messy or bring an apron. We do have a limited number of aprons on site if needed.

Issis Kelly is an Art Experiences Catalyst known for her innovative and transformative workshops. She creates immersive art experiences that inspire participants to explore their creativity in unconventional ways. At Issis Kelly Studio, she specializes in blending different artistic mediums, such as her signature "Play with Fire" class, which combines alcohol ink and fire to produce unique art pieces. With a background in arts in medicine, Issis emphasizes the therapeutic benefits of creativity, aiming to make art accessible and engaging for everyone. Her work is dedicated to igniting passion and joy in the creative process.

This class is for makers 16 years old and older. All makers ages under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.  Please email workshops@wsmixxer.org for any questions.

Workshops must meet a minimum number of registrations. Mixxer may cancel workshop 48 hours prior to start time, if minimum is not met. Should you need to cancel your registration, 48 hours notice is required to request a cancellation, refund or credit to future workshop date.
