Build Toys with Santa!

Mixxer is offering a truly unique Christmas crafting experience this year with the holly jolly man himself!  Santa is returning to Winston-Salem's Mixxer Community Makerspace for a 3rd year to make toys and memories with the children of the Triad! Children will get the chance to spend time working alongside Santa in a real workshop assembling a real wooden truck by hand. Each child will walk away with a toy truck built by them just like the elves in the North Pole!

NOTE: Please plan to arrive at the start of the 30 minute slot you choose at checkout. These time slots are limited to 2 kids per slot to allow for each child to get special time with Santa. Children will still be able to take as much time as they need to complete the project.

All proceeds from these classes will support Mixxer's Summer and Winter youth programs which provide equitable access to STEAM education to kids in our area. Make a gift and give a gift this holiday season!

Santa Claus is the holliest and jolliest maker around! Originally from the North Pole, Santa spends most of his year with his band of elves making toys for all the good children of the world. At his workshop in the North Pole, he loves to explore all the different kinds of making so he can create innovative new toys every year. Just like all makers Santa Claus loves to dabble and try out all the different areas of making. While his North Pole workshop is his favorite, he does have a special place in his heart for Mixxer Community Makerspace because it lets everyone try out all different areas of making. Come catch Santa when he comes to visit Winston-Salem this year!
