About the event
In response to the recent tragedy at North Forsyth High School, Mixxer, the Smiley Sweets Foundation and Habitat for Humanity’s Youth Empowerment Program, are offering an evening of art-based healing, open conversation, and community-building.
Come participate in hands-on activities in the visual, digital, and industrial arts, and join in a teen-led community conversation. Activities include:
-Candle making
-Holiday ornaments
-Make your own wrapping paper and holiday cards
-Seed Bead Bracelets
-Demos in Wood, Metal and Print shops Schedule: 3:45PM Doors Open
4:00PM - 6:30PM Activities and Demos 5:45PM Dinner served
6:45PM Youth Lead Teen Talk.
